What To Do If:
Lindy Is Not Returning A Note
1. Ensure you are NOT using an onboarding task
Select the transcript you originally sent.
Copy it.
Click NEW VISIT in the top right (second side panel).
Paste the transcript.
Resend the transcript to Lindy.
If this does not deliver a note, please check the Large Language Model being used for the template.
2. Check the Default Model
Click the Settings in your Flow Editor
Scroll to the "Default Model" setting.
Change this language model to GPT-4 Turbo for the most reliable outputs.
Lindy is Not Adhering to Template Context Instructions
Ensure your instructions are clear, avoid repetition, and eliminate all contradicting instructional statements.
Try removing pre-existing EXAMPLES and add your own to show Lindy exactly how you want the note.
Try adding examples with each section, for example:
Plan:
- If the patient needs an SSRI, insert a bullet point form instructional care note for the patient. Example:
[The patient needs an SSRI, so you deliver this in the plan:
Plan:
• Medication: [SSRI name]
• Dosage: [Dosage], once daily
• Timing: Morning/evening as directed
• Food: With/without as instructed
• Missed Dose: Take ASAP or skip if close to next dose
• Common Side Effects: Nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth
• Serious Side Effects: Mood changes, suicidal thoughts—contact doctor immediately
• Effect Onset: 4-6 weeks
• Avoid: Alcohol
• Caution: Driving/machinery until you know effects]
